Our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Teams are led by a senior management team with a combined experience exceeding twenty years. Our caring Drivers and Passenger Assistants have a comprehensive suite of training including, but not limited to, Safeguarding, First Aid, MIDAS (Mini Bus Driver Awareness Scheme), PATS (Passenger Assistant Training Scheme).
This training, coupled with their natural empathy, enables our staff to treat each passenger with care and compassion.
