ABC Travel has been established since 2002 and are the largest Home To School Transport company within the area, settings standards in school transport. Our school services ensure our pupils and students enjoy a sociable and safe environment on their journeys to and from school.
Our drivers & passenger assistants are fully trained, enhanced DBS checked and fully licensed by the local authority. All staff have undertaken a vigorous interview to ensure your safety.
The company operates under a Public service vehicle operator’s licence issued by VOSA and a Private Hire Operators licence issued by Reading & Wokingham District Council and owns and operates a fleet of modern vehicles that are dedicated to school and social care transport. Vehicles are ordered and purchased specifically to the clients requirements.
The average age of the vehicle fleet is less than 5 years. Currently our fleet exceeds 100 vehicles, consisting of cars, people carriers, wheelchair accessible vehicles and Coaches and we employ in excess of 150 drivers and passenger assistants.
The majority of our vehicles are to Euro 6 specifications ensuring a low carbon footprint within the community.
